Land Survey & Mapping
Surveying is the practice of measuring angles and distances on the ground so that they can be accurately plotted on a map. We are dedicated to providing a variety of surveying and mapping services in a timely and cost effective manner. In order to accomplish this goal, we have an experienced and qualified staff of professionals in all aspects of land surveying and mapping and a commitment to provide the highest quality of work.
A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system for capturing, storing, analyzing and managing data and associated attributes which are spatially referenced to the earth. In the strictest sense, it is a computer system capable of integrating, storing, editing, analyzing, sharing, and displaying geographically-referenced information. We have in-house trained and highly productive staff that produces final Digital Base Maps, Land use maps, Parcel Based Maps, Utility Services Maps etc.
As-built surveys may be used for commercial or residential properties. Surveys are crucial tools in the construction industry from the planning stage to the actual construction and future maintenance. A construction project begins with a site plan or plot plan, laying out the plan for the project from beginning to end. This plan incorporates any conditions already imposed on a given site.
Topographic Surveys are used to identify and map the contours of the ground and existing features on the surface of the earth or slightly above or below the earth’s surface. If the purpose of the survey is to serve as a base map for the design of a residence or building of some type, or design a road or driveway, it may be necessary to show perimeter boundary lines and the lines of easements on or crossing the property being surveyed, in order for a designer to accurately show zoning and other agency required setbacks.
A boundary survey is a process carried out to determine property lines and define true property corners of a parcel of land described in a deed. It also indicates the extent of any easements or encroachments and may show the limitations imposed on the property by state or local regulations. Easements may include a utility line easement crossing the subject property to a neighboring property or appurtenant like the right to cross another property for access to a public road.
Housing Surveying is the practice of measuring angles and distances on the ground so that they can be accurately plotted on a map in order to provide a drawing which can be used for the planning and designing of the housing society.
We are Survey the pre constructed housing society survey in order to record all the information. And display all these in a drawing to you.
We provide the proper and scaled drawings along with any type of survey. It also includes all the benchmark location, and other details such as coordinates, numbering and other details
